Apartment maintenance clears out the sidewalks and their snow plowers rake the driveways in and around the buildings. At 8 am, the adjacent roads to the main thoroughfares are still waiting to be cleared up. Tonight, the expected snow emergency will take effect, where parking is allowed only on the side of the odd numbered- houses for 24 hours, then it's on to the other side.
